Patzun Woman's Huipil --- Beautiful Embroidery and nicely finished neck and randa on this hand-woven two-panel huipil. The flowers are hand-embroidered, fine quality thread and very well done. Panels are selvage finished original weave. Vertical stripes have traditional blue on one side and green on other. I have misplaced my notes, but I believe it was woven by and purchased from Juana's family in 2013. Would estimate 10+ years old.
Condition: Overall a used huipil in very good condition. A few loose threads and base has light wear. Tightly finished selvages on one side, a bit looser on the other.

* Remember the huipil's width should be at least 1.5 to 2 times your shoulders width, to allow for fitting your frame and to cover part of your upper arms.
