Refund policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with our products. If you are not, notify us within 30 days and return the item. Depending on your choice we will refund your money or give you a credit on another item. Returns are expensive for everyone. So please purchase carefully.
RETURNING PRODUCT: Please contact us before you return a product. Return mailing costs are your responsibility, unless it was due to our mistake. If it was, notify us and we will work with you to figure out the most cost-effective way to return the item. Sometimes media mail (book rate), first class, or parcel post can be less expensive (but take longer) than priority mail.
