San Antonio Aguas Caliente Woman's Huipil --- Nicely woven huipil of cotton base material in 2 back-strap loomed panels. Geometric patterns of zig zags and star and flower shapes brocaded into the weave. Velvet type team trim lines neck and arm holes.
Condition: Good used condition. The huipil shows light spotting, wear and a few loose threads. Sides seams open (could be sewn closed to wear an huipil blouse). Panels nicely selvage finished, but uneven length (varies from 21 to 24"). Commercial fabric added to even the lengths. An alternative would be to hem the huipil to an equal 21" length.

- Neck: 1 inches wide by 6 inches deep, style: V-shaped
* Remember the huipil's width should be at least 1.5 to 2 times your shoulders width, to allow for fitting your frame and to cover part of your upper arms.
