Chichicastenago Girl's Huipil --- Guatemala girls huipil black background with colorful flowered brocaded design. Back-strap loomed, traditional 3-panel construction Panels have salvages on three panels, the others are fringed. Panels are of different length. but could be easy be hemmed to even out (see picture below). Traditional sun design embroidered around head hole.
Condition: A used huipil in very good condition for a child's huipil with only mild wear. One slit nicely finished, other has been enlarged and not finished.
