Santiago Atitlan Woman's Huipil --- Beautiful hand crochetted pink and rose flowers and across the shoulders of this Santiago Atitlan Huipil. Some brillanente in the embroidery thread makes it sparkle. Medium and light lavendar base material hand-woven on backstrap loom. Sides seams are open (could easily be sewn closed). Two of the bottom panel are loosely selvage finished, the other two have short fringe. Neck is nicely finished.
Purchased from Antonio. She said a friend made it.
Condition: Good used condition. The huipil shows light wear and a few loose threads.
