Santiago Atitlan Woman's Huipil --- Many fine birds hand-embroidered on this huipil. The base material is lavendar with primarily black a black vertical stripes. and similar purple and marrone horizontal stripes. Ends of the panels have short fringe on two side other sides are salvage finished. Sides of huipil are open (could easily be sewed closed).
2012: Made and worn by Ana Maria, the daughter of my friend Dolores.
Condition: Condition: Good used condition. The base material is evenly worn with some fading and spotting. Wear along the selvage edges. .

Neck: 4 inches wide by 3 inches deep - "v" style neck. Fits over my 22" head.
