Almolonga Woman"s Corte --- Beautiful jaspe designs of floral and other traditional patterns in two-panel foot-loomed tube corte i(skirt) from Almolonga. . The fine embroidered randa of grape patterns that creates a "cross" and holds the two panels together. Colors are indigo , several shades of lavender purple and a green, beige and off white. While the jaspe color is a beautiful medium indigo blue, it is probably not naturally dyed. The dimensions of the skirt is 43" (weft) by 44" x 2" = 88" (warp). The skirt is used, in good condition.
