Corte - Chichicastenango Skirt Material - C_CC_027-nqp

Chichicastenago --- Two panel corte or tube skirt worn by women in Chichicastenango in the Mayan Highlands of Guatemala.  Randa in pretty good condition.  Black background with other colors in the pattern. Likely synthetic material with cotton jaspe stripes. Overall condition is fair (nqp) with one 3" x 4" rip near randa.  Priced accordingly.   Dimensions 29" long (weft) by 29" x 2 = 58" wide (warp).  Weight 1.25 lbs.
