Chajul Girls's Huipil --- Fun child's huipil was woven on a back-strap loom with a nice blue base. Birds and geometric designs are woven the brocade. The huipil's soft base material has the feel of what Mayan women often call "Aleman" and is most likely a soft rayon thread.
Condition: Reasonable shape for a child's huipil with some loose threads and wear. All panels have reasonably good selvages. Two panels have reasonably good selvages of uneven lengths. Other two are even, but reinforced with thread. Sides are sewn closed..

- Neck: 5.5 inches wide by 2.5 inches deep
* Remember the huipil's width should be at least 1.5 to 2 times your shoulders width, to allow for fitting your frame and to cover part of your upper arms.
