Patzun Woman's Huipil --- Fun birds and flowers around the neck and over the shoulders on this hand-embroidered huipil. Nice colorful randa hold two panels of the huipils together. Woven on a backstrap loom. Purchased from Juana's oldest daughter Juana in 2017. Her work. She told me about 15 years old.
Condition: Overall a used huipil in very good condition. A few loose threads and base has light wear. Tightly finished selvages on one side, a bit looser on the other. Sides are open, could easily be sewn closed if want to wear as a blouse.
