Its the story of a North American girl who visits Guatemala, makes a new friend and learns about the "cinta" or head-ribbon that is part of the traditional "traje" or dress of many Mayan villages, such as San Antonio Palopo, Santa Catarina Polopo, Chajul, Santiago Atitlan and others.
